Strategic Plan Town Hall Workshop We can’t plan for Temple’s future without the help of our residents! The Strategic Plan is the guiding plan for the City of Temple. It serves as a management tool that helps the organization align its leadership, resources, and operations in support of achieving the City’s vision of making Temple a place you love to call home. Get involved, and help us shape Temple's future. Please take our community survey to share your top priorities for us to focus on during the planning process. There are also five opportunities to participate in a Town Hall Workshop to share your insights, ideas, and suggestions for the City’s upcoming 5-year Strategic Plan.
