Our team is extremely excited to announce that the first 1.5 million dollars has been approved to start the initial phase of the renovation project on our Clubhouse. This project started on August 16th on the roof. In addition, the architect and interior designer will be on property next week to discuss the specific upgrades, such as, roof lines, interior designs, etc. Obviously, as soon as we receive concrete information regarding the timelines and overall scope of work, we will continue to update you. As far as the pool, right now we are having supply chain issues. Items that were supposed to arrive in June still have not made it on property. The new slide, lifeguard stand, plumbing, pumps, and tiles have all arrived. Since the project has started, our team will do our best updating you with the latest information.
