The food was great like always but the service from the cashier not so much i walked up said hi and goodmorning n she just stared at me straight faced seemed annoyed i was ordering food however this guy came out and offered me a drink carrier which i very much needed so i tipped him instead.

Margie S.Austin, TX06450Nov 18, 2023This location sure exceeded my expectations yesterday for lunch. The restaurant was immaculate, and the service was fantastic. Several workers came into the dining room to see how customers were doing. I think 4 of them came to my table throughout my meal and one picked up my plate soon after I was finished. I've been to a number of these restaurants. This one beats all of them. I was probably in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Okay, okay! Yes I would like to leave a review. Thank you for asking and reminding :P We've been here enough times to declare that we love their menu!
Colossal baked potatoes and tasty chicken tortilla soup are my faves! Usually we order on their app for pick up - easy peasy. Then one day we decided to dine in. Add more to my faves please.

This is where they got me - with loaded baked potatoes. From their Giant Spuds menu, the variety makes me want to try them all! So far the Black Angus Roast Beef and Spud Max choices were carbo-licious!
My pairing preference is soup. The flavor of the chicken tortilla soup is perfect for me. My tongue has no complaints! I actually enjoy it without the tortilla chips. The other soup offerings are: Country Potato, Broccoli & Cheddar, Chili, or Veggie Chili.
This is a great deli so of course you'll find sandwiches and salads on a tasteful menu. Carb- fiend approved!

We also had a pretty small portion of the "choose 2" nachos. I understand the choose 2 are significantly smaller than normal portions but the portion that was given was more like a 1/4 rather than 1/2. All in all the food we did receive was "ok" but , was not anything I'd make a second trip for .

Michele O.Temple, TX451712Oct 8, 2023By far my favorite sandwich place since moving from NY. Their sandwiches are fresh and delicious. The French dip is my favorite. The spuds are cooked perfectly and I cannot stress enough, GRAB THE STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE WHILE THEY HAVE IT. 11 out of 10. Even got this to go and was still perfect temp. Staff is so kind and attentive every single time we come in.

We ordered over $50 ,2 of them being the Southern Chicken Salad, however, about the time we decided to look at the salads because we were gonna eat 1/2 of our other food then half of our salads, the salad itself tasted great,
but as we started in on our salads, SURPRISE NO CHICKEN
So called up there to let them know, the girl says to me, I guess you wouldn't want to "BRING THEM UP THERE, TO SHOW THEM THERE WAS NO CHICKEN!!!!
ALSO on their review portion on their website it WILL NOT let you leave anything less than a four or five, and it doesn't let you submit complaints either. I spent over $50 and you think Im gonna try and get extra chicken, SMDH.
When they said they would get a Mgr. I was CONVIENTLY hung up on. NEVER AGAIN, if they have it set where you cant give less than 4 or 5 stars thats SHADY. . . The whole reason for delivery is NOT TO GET OUT.

Reuben
Reuben tasted phenomenal. They went a little easy on the sauerkraut and the thousand island dressing tho, but besides that the Reuben was loaded and delicious. Got a side of Mac n cheese which was extremely subpar. Taste was not there nor was the amount of noodles. Had maybe a total of 10 noodles in the entire serving. We also had to wait a significant amount of time to receive our food along with several other patrons there at the moment (20 min for a takeout order). The crew working was very nice and respectful even though the restaurant was busy and they were limited in staff.
