Smile At The World Orthodontics

My son and I had a great experience here and I would recommend them to anyone. They were always very friendly and comfortable. The place is clean and the Dr. is very personable, he asks you normal questions that your neighbor would ask and its like he's not there just to push you through and go to the next patient. The technicians were very nice and gentle as well and held a conversation to make you feel comfortable.

I was referred to Smile at the World orthodontist by my dentist for a tooth that broke loose from my retainer. They did not get the tooth bonded back to the retainer correctly the first time so I went back a second time to have it redone. Mr. Knowles was very condensending when I tried to explain that it didn't bond correctly. They bonded it again and although it felt better it was not straight and broke loose two days later. I chose to use a different orthodontist the third time. I went to West Temple Orthodontist. They listened and gave me recommendations and fixed it right the first time. My tooth is back in place and bonded securely to my retainer. The price was significantly less at West Temple Orthodontist as well! This was a small issue that Smile at the World could not handle, I can't imagine trusting them with anything major. Would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone.

My girls love going to the orthodontist!! That sounds strange but it's such a fun and friendly place! Dr. Knowles and his team are the BEST!! I would recommend Smile at the World to anyone and everyone!!

My daughter is a new patient as of yesterday, and we love absolutely everything about Dr. Knowles and his entire staff!! Mrs. Connie in finance is so much more than just that, and went above and beyond for us!! She already feels like a great friend that I've known for years!! She made sure my daughter came and showed her her new braces before we left yesterday because she was so excited about getting them!! Then checked on her again this morning! The flow of the office setup is absolutely perfect!! You walk in to a beautiful waiting room with a cooler of cold water, and the patients check themselves in at the computer on the desk. The treatment room is one big room in the center of the building and everyone was sooooo friendly and smiling back there as well! They all make you feel right at home and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door! Then you checkout and schedule your next appointment with another sweet lady, and don't have to go back out through the waiting room. There is another door at the checkout counter. Just a genius flow of traffic in an awesome building with warm and friendly people all along the way!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Knowles and his practice!!!

Great Orthodontics clinic; they get you in and get you out--not rushing, but not making you wait. They certainly have the timeline and appointments down to a science--my kids check-in, get seen quickly, and then make the next appointment on the way out--it's like clock work without being impersonal. And more importantly, my kids like the staff and their teeth are getting straight!

I have been so surprised at how genuinely happy, kind and helpful EVERYONE in the office has been to us consistently. Such a great experience.
