ROAM Roof & Solar

I called Roam Roof for our roof inspection because of the recent hail storm and many houses around us needed roof replacements. We worked with Marshall who was very Professional, Polite, Quick, Responsive, and Easy to schedule. I asked to make sure if the roof inspection and estimation were at no cost and Marshall really did exactly what he told us. In short, Marshall showed up as scheduled on Nov 16 and did a very detailed and thorough inspection on our roof for over an hour. He honestly reported us that our roof was new and still in a great shape, nothing for the roof needed to be fixed. Only very minor areas around chimney and some windows frames that would be needed repairing. Marshall later emailed us a detailed report included all photos, especially the photos of the  minor damage areas and recommended us a trusted handyman to fix them!! Marshall and Roam Roof are TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, and RESPONSIBLE. We had experienced some scam company on YELP before even with lots of good reviews. That company would say it free in just attempting to come to your house and tried hard to find something for them to fix and when they couldn't find anything, they said there would be a charge since nothing to be fixed!! They couldn't be here for free (Unbelievable) and  provided us some lousy report.

ROAM ROOF and MARSHALL were exceptional and gave me as they promised HASSLE-FREE EXPERIENCE. Excellent in every way. I wish more companies like Roam Roof in real world :D Sorry for overdue review. Happy Holidays.

My husband and I live in a neighborhood that was affected by large hail, so we decided to have ROAM Roof & Solar come out for the initial inspection. I was contacted by Marshall very quickly after submitting an inspection request, and we almost immediately had an appointment set with him! He was very thorough in explaining the process from beginning to end (which I appreciated, as this is the first time we've had to replace our roof), he was polite, professional and always quick to respond when we had questions - overall really pleasant to work with! I HIGHLY recommend working with Marshall and the team at ROAM Roof & Solar. We will definitely be reaching out to them if we ever need more roofing services.

I had contacted four companies and Marshall Brown called back within an hour. I scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and courteous. I have a clay tile roof with lots of peaks and valleys. Marshall came back a couple of days later with the expert from his company to do another inspection. Within a couple of days I had an estimate that was fair and reasonable. I still had no response from the other roofers. I accepted the offer and they showed up on time with all material needed to do the job. They did exactly what was promised, on time with minimum disruption. Garret and his crew were tireless. If you have a roof problem, call them first. I actually had a call back AFTER Roam had completed the job. In the future, I will not waste my time. I'll call them first. I cannot say enough about how helpful Marshall was. He stayed in touch and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks.

I had my roof replaced by ROAM last month. Garrett went above and beyond what I expected. He responded promptly to ever call or text, gave us an accurate quote with no surprises, and delivered what he promised on time. The rood came out great and the shutters look better than the ones that were replaced. One nice touch was to have someone come by the day after the roof was complete with a big magnetized roller to pick up any stray nails that might not have been collected by the tarps that were spread to collect them. I would recommend Garrett and ROAM highly to anyone.

He completely restored my faith in believing in the goodness in people. I highly recommend John. And if you are working with John, you are in good hands.

I can't express enough praise for John in getting our roof repaired. John was always responsive to our needs, and all services to replace our roof were delivered when promised. Our was a bit more complicated as we had to have solar panels taken off and put back in place. But, all went seamlessly.
