English Maids

English Maids helped us out with very little notice given to them. Called them one afternoon and they were there the next morning for a much needed deep cleaning. They were thorough with everything they did for us and were pleasant and professional as well. No complaints, service was perfect and will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you!!

I recently moved from Indiana to Temple, Texas, and immediately searched for a good cleaning service. I chose English Maids for an initial deep clean on 10/19/2021. Two women came that day and when I came home, I was stunned - I've never had anyone clean as well as they did. I've used cleaning services for 30 years and hardly had the words to express my happiness at the results. I've now booked English Maids to come weekly. They definitely deserve all the awards they've won!

My husband and I just purchased a house. It was in need of a deep cleaning. I specifically requested appliances and inside windows to be cleaned well, besides the usual deep move in cleaning (sweeping, mopping, etc...). After a quick wall through, I noticed the fridge and the inside windows weren't as clean as I would have liked them to be. Everything else "looked" clean. After we moved in, I noticed the floors were probably just swept but not mopped, the fridge was filthy bellow the drawers as I pulled them out. The inside of some of the closets were still dusty. The kitchen floor was still very filthy. My husband had to sweep and mop all the floors again and the water in the mop bucket was very very dirty. I had to clean the fridge myself. The crew spent 5.5 hrs cleaning the house, and the bill was over $400. The owner ask me to redo the cleaning, but I was so dissatisfied, I declined. She took 30 mins off the final bill.

I just moved to the Belton area, needed to get my new house cleaned after moving in... OH MY GOODNESS!!! I came home from work and I was floored... my house was spotless!!! there was not a spot in my house that didn't shine.... Thank you English Maids for an AWESOME job!! I can't wait until my next cleaning now that I am on a Bi-Weekly schedule... THANK YOU!!!

English maids cleaned our house for two years (bi-weekly). The did a good consistent job, kept it nice and clean, even tidied up for us when we forgot.

The thing that gets them 5 stars is their thoroughness and followup up. English maids had a key to the house, and did our move-out clean after I had left the state. While cleaning their employees found a bunch of stuff the movers and I had missed, including valuable and sentimental wedding presents.

They cleaned out all the things the movers had left, disposed of the trash, and then shipped us our left possessions! In no way was any of that required. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the Waco area.

I have had English Maids cleaning my home once a month for 8 months now. I have been very satisfied with the work done in my home. The one time I had an issue, Lauren was quick to make it right. I recommend English Maids to anyone who asks about a housecleaning service.

English Maids are the best. Believe the hype. I have used their services several times and my home has never been cleaner. I love coming home to clean house. Give them a try, you will be happy you did!

I just recently had knee surgery and could not clean my home. What a blessing to have such a comfort to know that with English maids everything was taking care of.I highly recommend these ladies.I will definitely use them again.

I have a 2100 sq ft home. 5 room, 3 bath The team came in on time but left 3 hours later. Combined time of 6 hours for the price was not worth it.
House like mine needs more time. Beware, ask as much questions.
