Dane F.Waco, TX01Oct 28, 2022We chose a gas fireplace in the showroom for our new home construction, expecting a good experience. What we encountered was silence for a month, an attempt to substitute a lesser product for the one we had chosen, and broken promises of installation dates. Then, when my wife called to check on still another broken promise, the salesman hung up on her. When I went to the store to confront him for his cowardly response to my wife's legitimate call and question, the salesman responded with excuses and shifting blame. I demanded a refund and I will never return to this business for any reason.

I fully understand the two sides theory, what you don't realize is the rest of the parts your company supplied do not fit together! It's a total and complete waste of money.
